Product Description:
Set of 2 Glass Espresso Cups / 3.5 Ounce Capacity each cup

Amazon.com Review:
At last, a glass that won't burn or freeze your hand. Two walls of clear glass with an air layer in-between not only keep drinks cold--or hot--but prevent condensation from forming on the outside. So, an ice-cold shot of vodka or a steamy espresso feels just right, no matter the temperature. And coasters won't be needed, either.

Winner of the prestigious European iF Design Award, the mouth-blown Pavina glass exhibits Bodum's flair for the modern. Each two-ounce glass curves beguilingly and fits the palm just right. Mouth-blown of borosilicate glass, which is quite a bit thinner yet much more durable than regular glass, the two Pavina glasses in this set are safe for both the microwave and dishwasher, resist temperature swings, and resist scratching and dulling. Care should be taken when placing ice cubes in an empty glass, and metal spoons for stirring are discouraged. --Ann Bieri

Editor's Note: Because each glass is mouth-blown, each one may have slight differences in height, thickness, and weight. Bodum recommends using care when placing ice into the glass to avoid fracturing the inner layer. You should also avoid using metal spoons or placing the glass into a crowded dishwasher.

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Outstanding Product
I just purchased the 2 oz espresso glasses and I love them. They are as beautiful in person as they are in the picture. My personal preference would have been to have them be a bit heaver, something that's heavy strikes me as being quality but nonetheless these look amazing. A hot shot of espresso doesn't permeate the double wall meaning that tasty drink stays hotter longer.

Would I purchase again? YES !!!!

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - 3 of 8 broke in first year
3 of 8 of these glasses broke in first year of normal use.

very dangerous glasses.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Love the Idea, the Style, the Look
These glasses are great. They're the most attractive ones I've ever used. This size (9 oz.) is great for coffee, and the show they reveal as the espresso machine is brewing each cup is interesting to say the least. The cups are sturdy, and they work perfectly as insulators against heat and table damage. I love that they don't need handles, so they're very sleek. I do have one problem in that the second set I ordered was about 1/4" shorter than the first, but the volume is still the same, so no ... Read More

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Way too fragile
This is for the Bodum Pavina Double-Wall Thermo Glasses 15 oz.
The cool factor is undeniable, but please don't get sucked into it, as these things have the thinnest glass walls I have ever seen. I picked up a set of two, and out of the box I saw that one should have wound up in the same place they put three armed sweaters and other "seconds". Bubbles in the glass and the top had a wobble in the circumference so it wasn't quite flat. But I kept them 'cause they were cool.
I was using the ... Read More

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Functional But Dainty
All other reviewers have accurately recapped the functionality of these glasses and I am greatly enjoying the "no condensation" feature. The vaunted lightweight-ness of the glass make for a certain awkwardness in use (at least until you get used to them). I had a rather delicate decanter and am using these to compliment it.... all are on a glass tray and, to say the truth, the set was quickly reduced to a visual tableau rather than a daily user!
