A kitchen must have! This product made the clean up after the Thanksgiving turkey a breeze. Good, solid, heavy duty roasting pan without the messy non-stick surface that never gets clean.

Rating: - Great roaster-poorly designed handles
I have burnt my hands and or arms EVERY time I have used this pan due to the inconceivably stupid handle design.
The handles are very tall and angled in to the pan so when you are trying to stir your gravy you can't help but burn yourself on them.
It is nice and large and heavy duty so it makes a wonderful gravy which I can honestly say I've never had the opportunity to enjoy because I'm always nursing burns.

For years, I'd used cooking bags for turkeys and large roasts in my cheap, $10 roasting pan. Then I took a cooking class and learned how to make pan gravy from the drippings. Trouble is, you can't do that with a $10 pan. So I bit the bullet, did my homework, shopped for a great deal and bought this one for about $100. And we LOVE it!
