Rating: - excited about the quality and beauty
This tea set is absolutely beautiful. Much prettier than the picture presents. I was so happy becaus the size of the creamer and sugar bowl was larger than I thought which eliminates having to refill so often while entertaining. Teapot holds a substantial amount of tea, also. Everyone that has come into my dining area has fell in love with it and have been very verbal about how beautiful it is. A definate MUST buy! Also well packed.
Rating: - how do you get to 8 pieces?
I don't own this and didn't buy this. But I am very interested in why this is an EIGHT piece set.

1 sugar bowl total 3
2 cups total 5
2 saucers total 7
if you count the lid of the sugar bowl as a single item, you get 8 items, but then, you would have to count the teapot lid as a separate item, as well, which gives you 9. Am I wrong? Am I missing something?

I bought this as a Christmas present for my mom. The tea set is so beautiful. I can't wait to see her face when she opens the present.

The perfect tea set for Grandma and her favorite granddaughter. The cups are adult size, even Grandpa and Grandma could share this set. Using this lovely set brings to mind the outdoors and spring with no insects buzzing about.
