I have used and loved this grill for 4 years now and bought this one for my son and daughter-in-law for Christmas. My daughter-in-law did not feel she would like the grill but the week after Christmas she told me she had used it every night that week. The key is the removeable, easy to clean plates. Rating: - Great cooking appliance BUT...
This product is great with features like removable plates, custom temperature, and timer. The user manual/cook book is a great bonus. My only complaint would be that with regular use the plates have shed the "no-stick" coating. First this makes me concerned that the coating may have gotten into my food. Also, I now have to be very careful since everything from turkey breast to chicken to fish gets stuck to the grill plates. I had the first family size grill by George Foreman and I was very happy with it for 8 years until it broke down. I used it about 4 times a week and it made cooking frozen meat a breeze. The only thing I wished was the plates to be removable so I can clean them better.

Rating: - Now the George Foreman Grill is PERFECT
I've been a huge fan of the George Foreman grills,even when you had a hard time cleanning the plates by hand,now all you have to do is remove the plates from the grill and place them in the dishwasher.
Just don't make the same mistake I did by placing the plastic grease plate on the bottom of the dishwasher.I burt a hole in the plastic.I've been looking everywhere to buy the plastic part,and have been using a steel cookie sheet to catch the grease.
