Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Blows off a lot of steam!
This espresso maker does not have a very tight seal between the top of the container for the coffee grounds and the socket that it is twisted into. As a result, there is an enormous amount of steam and water that comes through what should be a tight seal. This steam and water dribbles all over the bottom of the espresso maker and the kitchen counter.

Aside from the mess that results, the coffee is satisfactory. Just be sure to put in lots of extra water, or you will come up short ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Good coffee at the office
This is a nice machine, very easy to use it. And do good american coffee. No real espresso machine.
But of course everyone knows that to make a good coffee, it depends on the quality of the water....

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Simpler was better
I've had it, as a secondary machine, for a few weeks now, and still like my old plain Bravo better (one on-off button, turn knob to steam, off when milk is done while coffee is still brewing).
This one makes OK coffee, but it takes a long time to heat, maybe a minute more than the simple old model, and the knob for steam or brew requires more attention than I like to give to any process BEFORE I had my morning coffee. If I had a third hand, maybe I wouldn't splash the milk while turning the ... Read More

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - I like it.....
I have owned about four of these and use them HEAVILY, like once a day, sometimes twice. They have lasted me about a year and a half or two years, which for forty some bucks works really well for me. When the steamer starts to peter out, you can try to poke it with pins and make it last another couple months, which I have done, but just get on Amazon and buy another one. It costs about 10 or 15 lattes from Starbucks......I will buy a 5th one when this one poops out.....

Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Latte?
I use this product everyday. Had one before & bought exact model to replace. Throw them out when they fry: don't bother w/more exepnsive models that need servicing or have bells & whistles.
